Answers to questions about Canwest insolvency

Delegates to Local 2000′s annual Congress this weekend had the opportunity to ask a lawyer questions about Canwest’s current legal proceedings under the Companies’ Creditors’ Arrangement Act. Both Dan Rogers’ presentation and answers in the discussion period were very informative and well received.
